My Therapy Style

I aim to provide my clients with a respectful, safe, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where they can work through life’s challenges, achieve personal goals, and restore hope. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for a range of clients and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children aged 5-17 who have experienced trauma. I work closely with the caregivers of the children and adolescents I serve to enhance support and progress.

I place a high value on psychoeducation as an essential component of therapy, believing that knowledge empowers clients and serves as a foundation for achieving their goals. Understanding that attending therapy for the first time or with a new provider can be anxiety-inducing, I am here to meet you where you are and assist you in reaching your goals.
